New to derby?
Roller Derby, like other sports, utilizes plays, strategy, and teamwork. And includes many rules and regulations for game play.
It is NOT like the movies, we cannot elbow and punch one another. There are strict rules on which parts of the body can be hit or used for hitting.
There are many referees during games to watch for these small errors and keep our skaters safe.
